Flora del Área Protegida "Mogotes de Jumagua", Villa Clara, Cuba.

Resumen

Con el objetivo de dar a conocer la flora del Área Protegida "Mogotes de Jumagua" y tomando como base el inventario de las colectas realizadas
por el autor en el área de estudio, se reportan 422 especies de plantas vasculares, con un 11,3 % de endemismo. Se comprueba el carácter de
apofitismo de la flora y se resalta su potencial económico como maderables, medicinales y melíferas.

ABSTRACT
With the objective of giving to know the flora of the "Mogotes de Jumagua" Protected Area and taking as reference the inventory of the collections made by the author in the area of study, 422 species of vascular plants are reported, with a 11,3% of endemism. The character of apophytism of the flora and its economic potential has been proved: as woodering, medicinal and honey producer has been highlighted as well.
